How do I print my voucher?
Printing your voucher is a breeze. Once you log into your account, click on the "My Account" menu located in the top right hand corner and select My Orders. Once you find the specific order that the voucher is in, click "Print Store Voucher." The voucher will open in a new tab so it can easily be printed.
Did you know? By downloading the Raise app you won't need to physically print your voucher? Once you log in, your eGift cards and vouchers are right at your fingertips.
Can I use an eGift card in store?
No, we only guarantee eGift cards will work online. But, if the brand also offers a voucher then you can redeem it in store with either a printed voucher or through the Raise app.
How many gift cards can I use at once?
It all depends on the brand! Some only allow one gift card to be used per transaction, others allow more. You can find more info for the brand you're looking at by going to the brand page and clicking on "Details" next to each listing. Here you'll see any restrictions on how they can be redeemed.
If you're shopping on the Raise app, you can see this same info by tapping on any of the listings under a brand. You'll see more details on how a card is delivered and how it can be used.
Can I transfer my Starbucks gift card to my Gold Card?
No, we do not recommend adding a Starbucks gift card to your Gold Card. Though unlikely, if an issue arises with the gift card you purchased on our marketplace, Starbucks may close the Gold Account associated with the card. In doing this, you could lose any funds that are currently on the Gold Account in addition to the gift card. Though we do protect the gift card you purchased on our marketplace, we cannot cover any additional lost funds.
Do gift cards expire?
No, cards sold on the Raise marketplace do not expire. However, please note that our guarantee only protects the purchase price for the first year.
How can I check a balance on a gift card?
We provide the phone number or link to check the balance of any gift card sold on Raise. You can easily find this information on our Gift Card Balance Check page.
What should I do if the cashier doesn't recognize my voucher or eGift card?
Your purchase is covered by the 1 Year Money-Back Guarantee, and we've thoroughly tested the redemption method with each merchant to ensure that it can be redeemed through the method in which it is sold. If a merchant has difficulty processing your gift card payment, please contact Raise Member Services so we can look into this further.
How do I redeem my AirBnb gift card?
Airbnb gift cards can definitely be a bit tricky to redeem, and we have come up with a few troubleshooting tips to assist with redeeming:
- Go to https://www.airbnb.com/gift.
- Enter the redemption code (serial number) and hit the "Enter" key on your keyboard as opposed to clicking with your mouse.
- After hitting "Enter", you should be prompted to enter in your PIN. This is the alphanumeric sequence. Enter the PIN information in, then hit "Enter".
- The gift card should now be linked to your Airbnb account! The full balance will be transferred to your account for your use in a reservation.
A few other considerations:
- You have 90 days to claim this Airbnb gift card to your Airbnb account.
- The balance will be automatically applied when a trip is booked.
- Gift cards can't be applied to an existing reservation.
- If you change an existing reservation and you owe an additional amount, you can't pay that amount with a gift card.

How do I redeem my Dunkin’ Donuts gift card?
To redeem your Dunkin’ Donuts gift cards, you will need to present either the voucher barcode to the cashier at a Dunkin' Donuts location, or you can also present the Serial Number through the Raise app under My Cards.
As stated in the "Delivery & Redemption Instructions" for Dunkin' Donuts gift cards, we ask that you do not register purchased gift cards to your Dunkin Donuts account. As the funds have been removed from the gift card and placed directly onto your Dunkin’ Donuts account, Raise is not responsible for gift cards that have been registered to a Dunkin’ Donuts Perks account or via the Dunkin’ Donuts mobile app.
How do I redeem my Uber gift card?
Uber gift cards can definitely be a bit tricky to redeem, and we have come up with a few simple steps to assist with redeeming:
To redeem this gift card:
1. Go to the Payment section in the Uber app
2. Tap Add Payment Method and select Gift Card
3. Enter Gift Code In order to redeem and make use of the funds, please ensure a valid credit card is associated with your Uber account
If you are still having difficulty redeeming your Uber gift card, we would be more than happy to help. To assist us with resolving the issue, please email us a screenshot of the error message you are receiving when attempting to redeem this gift card online. This screenshot should also include the gift card serial number as well.
How do I redeem my Fandango gift card?
If you are having difficulty redeeming your gift card please double check the formatting of the Serial Number and Pin we provided you with. If you notice that your particular gift card is showing a 14 digit long alphanumeric PIN number, you will need to enter the alphanumeric PIN number that we provided into the box that asks for the "Card Number Or Claim Code" and leave the "PIN" box blank.
How do I redeem my Starbucks gift card?
To redeem your Starbucks gift card, you will need to present either the voucher barcode to the cashier at a Starbucks location or, you can also present the Serial Number and PIN through the Raise app.
As stated in the "Delivery & Redemption Instructions" for Starbucks gift cards, we ask that you do not register purchased gift cards to your Starbucks account. Unfortunately, Starbucks has a policy in place that states they will devalue the existing balance of any card that has been merged with a closed Starbucks card. Due to this Starbucks policy, we've encountered situations where balances have been devalued due to being merged with closed cards, most often purchased from outside the Raise marketplace.
Why isn't my gift card working?
Please make sure you've entered your gift card information correctly, and double check the redemption details to ensure the card can be redeemed in the way you're attempting.
If you still cannot redeem your gift card, or if there is an issue with the balance, please contact us. In the event the gift card is invalid, please contact Raise Member Services within a year of your purchase. We'll be happy to straighten things out for you right away.
Why is money missing from my gift card?
If you're missing money from your gift card or having any difficulty redeeming the card, please contact our Member Services team. Our 1 Year Money-Back Guarantee covers any card with an inaccurate balance for the first year after purchase. We'll be happy to straighten things out for you right away.
Why does my gift card say it's invalid or closed when I try to use it?
Unfortunately, this error occurs when a brand takes a gift card out of circulation. Per the 1 Year Money-Back Guarantee, your purchase price is protected from this for the first year. If you are unable to redeem a gift card, please contact Raise Member Services.
Why is there a zero balance on my gift card?
If the balance of your gift card shows a zero balance but you haven't used it yet, please contact Raise Member Services. Per our 1 Year Money-Back Guarantee, your purchase price is protected for the first year.

Where are my electronic gift cards stored?
Your gift cards are stored in the Raise app. All your eGift cards and vouchers are right at your fingertips!
If you're accessing Raise from your desktop, you can find all your electronic gift cards under My Orders. Simply click on an order number, find the serial number and PIN and start shopping.
How do I reset my Raise Passcode?
To reset your Raise Passcode (previously known as your 4-digit PIN), please give us a call at (888) 578-8422 and we'll be happy to assist you!
How do I edit a gift card in the Raise app?
It's easy to edit a card already in your Raise app. From the Cards tab, switch to list view and tap the ••• icon to the right of the card name. Or, tap on the card you'd like to update, and tap the ••• icon in the corner. Select “Enter Balance,” then enter the value you have remaining on your card. And that's it!
How do I delete a gift card from the Raise app?
If you're done using a gift card in your app, it's easy to delete. From the Cards tab, switch to list view and tap the ••• icon to the right of the card name. Or, tap on the card you'd like to remove, and tap the ••• icon in the corner. Then tap “Delete,” and the gift card will disappear like magic!
If you ever want to find the card info again, just login to your Raise account online and visit My Orders.
How do I add a gift card to the Raise app?
Easy. Log into the Raise app and click the plus sign in the right hand corner of the Cards tab. Find the brand you’d like to add, enter the gift card information, and tap save. Voila! If we support digital redemption for that card, you can use it right from your phone.
How can I track the unused value on my gift cards?
Great question! The Raise app lets you do just that. From the Cards tab, switch to list view and tap the ••• icon to the right of the card name. Or, tap on the card you'd like to update, and tap the ••• icon in the corner. Select “Enter Balance,” then enter the value you have remaining on your card.
