  • Can I sign up for multiple accounts?

    No, you can only have one Raise account. If you've created more than one, please contact us. We would be happy to work with you to make sure you have access to the account of your choice moving forward.

  • Why can't I create a Raise account?

    There are two main reasons why you might not be able to create a Raise account.

    First, if you're located outside of the United States you unfortunately cannot create an account at this time.

    Another reason you may have difficulty creating an account is if someone in your household is using the same information for their account. At this time we only allow one Raise account per household.

    If neither of these two reasons are the case, please contact Raise Member Services so we can assist you further.

  • How do I redeem a referral code?

    You have 30 days after signing up with Raise to add a friend's referral code to your account. 

    To redeem online, log in and go to your account settings. Click the Claim Referral option and enter the code you were given. Your $5 Raise Cash will be automatically added to your account, which you can use at any time.

    Raise Cash can be applied to any purchase, but they cannot be redeemed in combination with promo codes unless otherwise specified. Any remaining Raise Cash or Raise Cash from referrals that you're unable to use will be saved for future orders for six months from the date they were earned.

  • Why can’t I have a business account and a personal account?

    Per our terms and conditions each member can only have one account with us.

Account Management

  • How can I access my Raise account?

    There are three main ways to access your Raise account. Via the web (both on your desktop and your smartphone), the Raise app for iPhone and the Raise app for Android. Once you log in using one of these methods, you will have full access to your account! So start saving, and making some extra dough.

  • How do I remove myself from your email list?

    You can unsubscribe from future promotional emails by logging into your Raise account, and then selecting My Account > Settings > Email Preferences or by clicking on the link HERE.

    You can also unsubscribe by clicking on the "change your email preferences" link found at the bottom of any promotional email you receive. This link will redirect you to the ‘Raise Preference Center’ where you will be able to unsubscribe.

    As Raise is a marketplace, our gift card inventory can change from minute to minute! The weekly newsletters are the best way to stay informed of the newest brands and promotions. If you would like to add your email back onto the list, please let us know and we would be happy to assist you.

  • How do I close my account?

    If you'd like to close your Raise account, please contact Raise Member Services. We'd be happy to assist you.

  • Why is my account suspended?

    If you receive a message stating that your account has been suspended, you may have received an email from our Member Services Team requesting your assistance. In that case, simply follow the instructions provided so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

    If you are unable to locate the email sent by Member Services, please reach out to us so that we can assist you.

  • How do I change my account information?

    You can update your billing and shipping address by simply logging into your Raise account by selecting "Settings" from "My Account."

    Updating your billing address and shipping address will apply on future orders, but it will not change the information on previously completed orders.

    The shipping address for a completed order cannot be changed for physical cards, since the shipping label is automatically provided to the seller.
