Can I send a gift card purchased through Raise as a gift?
Yes, with Raise Pay! Raise Pay can be accessed via the mobile application or the Raise website. When you navigate to Raise Pay, you will see a toggle with the options “For Me” or “Send as a Gift.” Switch the toggle to highlight “Send as a Gift,” select a gift card, and click “Buy Now.” On the next page, you will be prompted to enter the recipient's name, email and a short message. Please double check the email you are entering, because once we send the email we can't take it back! From there, confirm your payment information and click “Buy.” Your gift recipient will receive an email from Raise with further instructions on how to access their new gift card.
Can I send a gift card to someone who does not use Raise?
Yes, you can. When you click “Send as a Gift” and press “Buy Now” you will be prompted to enter your gift recipient’s name, email address, and a short message. Once you complete your purchase, Raise will send an email to the gift recipient which will take them back to the Raise website where they can view their gift card details without creating an account. After 30 days have passed from the date that the gift was originally delivered, your recipient will be prompted to create an account to access their gift card.
How do I tell which brands are giftable?
When you navigate to Raise Pay, you will be able to tell if a card is giftable when you see a toggle with two options available: “For Me” or “Send as a Gift.” If you do not see this toggle anywhere on the Raise Pay brand page, then you cannot send that brand as a gift.
I received a gift card as a gift through Raise, but I don't have a Raise account. Can I still access my gift?
Yes, if you access your gift card within the first 30 days of it being delivered, you do not need to create an account. Within the email sent from Raise, simply click “Access Your Gift.” This will take you to a landing page on Raise where you will be able to print your card details. After 30 days have passed from the date that the gift was originally delivered, you will be prompted to create an account to access your gift card.
Do I have to create an account if I received a gift through Raise Pay?
When you receive a gift card through Raise Pay, you are not initially required to create an account. You can access the gift for up to 30 days without creating an account. After 30 days, you will be required to create an account to access that gift card.
I have a personal Raise account, but my friend sent a gift card to a different email address of mine. Can I transfer the gift to my personal Raise account?

I received a gift card as a gift through Raise a while ago and now, when I follow the link in my email, it does not appear. How do I access my gift card?
Follow the link in your email and the instructions on the landing page to create your new account. In order to access your gift, your account must be created using the same email address that the gift was delivered to. After your account has been created, you will be able to access the gift card.
How will I know if my recipient received my gift?
You will receive a notification when the recipient of your gift receives the gift card email. You will also receive a notification when the recipient of the gift accesses their gift card for the first time.
Can I send a gift card to myself as a gift?
At this time, you cannot send a gift to your own Raise account.
What are the rules for referring friends?
Let’s break it down. First, you can invite friends to join Raise using your unique referral link or code. Your friends have 30 days from the time they sign up to make their first purchase. Once your friend makes a purchase, Raise will add $5 in Raise Cash to your account. You can earn up to $100 per calendar year.
Raise Cash cannot be redeemed in combination with promo codes unless otherwise specified. And all Raise Cash earned from referrals expire six months from the date they're earned. You can find more information in the Raise Cash Terms and Conditions.

How do I redeem a referral code?
You have 30 days after signing up with Raise to add a friend's referral code to your account. You can only do this online at this time.
To redeem online: Log in and go to your account settings. Click the Claim Referral option and enter the code you were given. Your $5 Raise Cash will be automatically added to your account, which you can use at any time.
Raise Cash can be applied to any purchase, but they cannot be redeemed in combination with promo codes on your first order. Any remaining Raise Cash or Raise Cash unable to be used will be saved for future orders for six months from the date they were earned.
What are brand alerts?
Because Raise is a marketplace, our gift card supply is constantly in flux. If you set up brand alerts for all your faves, we'll send you an email when the cards you want are available. Then you just purchase them at your convenience. Now isn't that handy!
How do I set brand alerts?
Setting up a brand alert is easy. Simply log in and search for the brand you're interested in. Click "Set Alert" in the top right corner of the brand page and set the discount you'd like to be alerted for. Then all you have to do is wait! We'll email you when cards are available and you can scoop them up to save on the things you love.
Right now you can only set brand alerts online, but on the Raise app you can heart all your favorite brands to keep in one convenient place.
How do I remove brand alerts?
It's a simple 1-2-3 to remove brand alerts. All you have to do is log in and go to "My Account". Choose Brand Alerts from the drop down menu and use the "Action" option to pause, edit or remove any alert. There you have it, alert removed.
