If we see high-value listings or a high quantity of listings, we may reach out for additional information via email, such as images of your ID, proof of purchase, and/or images of your gift cards. This is done to ensure the quality of cards on the marketplace.
Responding directly to any emails/requests sent from our Marketplace Health team about your listings or your account is the best way to speed up the verification process.
