Where is the live chat that the raise telephone number references?
I believe it doesn't exist, even though it should during normal business hours in the Central Time zone, at least according to the message they provide when you call. Also is there another way to contact a human being in the organization? I have a long ignored request to deal with a zero balance gift card I purchased and need to contact someone.
