$0 balance No Response

I purchased a gift card on December 31 from Raise for Moe’srestaurant. It was delivered to me at 11:03 AM. When I went to use it that evening I was told that there was zero dollar balance even though I had not used it.  I returned home and checked the gift card online and saw that it was used at 3:41 PM in Miami Florida. I live in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Forget about the year guarantee that raise touts itself as having. Not only has no one been responsive to the four emails that I sent but there is no phone number and no way to chat with them directly. A RIPOFF,
