I "bought" a DoorDash gift card 2 days ago that never came, but Raise sure did accept payment.

Payment went through lightning fast, but no gift card. My best friend who referred me says he got his $5 referral cash from me and my profile says that u received $5 RaiseCash from a purchase, but there is no gift card or even an email invoice. That's not what really bothers me though. Mistakes happen, but to be ignored by Support for 2 days and counting while they have my money is what is pissing me off. That and they supposedly have Live chat, but it's apparently not available.

  I hear you Tony - they messed up on a charge for me and it's now 4 days and still waiting for them to reverse or fix the charge... I have not used the card since who knows how they plan to fix the overcharge
