Advertised at one price and charged me the full card amount instead

A Kohl's card was listed at $54.51 however Raise charged me the full $60.  After 3 emails and receiving their automated response that they would get back to me I am still waiting.  Raise used to be good but now seems to be a scam site where you can not get a hold of people when they make the mistake! Looks like I am going to have to report the charge and fraud to my credit card to get any resolution to the issue... perhaps the BBB is another stop I should make!
