Unauthorized charge

I was just looking at what deals were offered for a gift card and after finally finding the deal that I wanted for a $75 Ruby Tuesday giftcard for $60 I proceeded to purchase it. Them i got a notification that my card on file was charged for a $75 gift card for $75. I didnt authorize this charge and now I'm frustrated on trying to get ahold of a customer service representative.
