Fruad activity - Money was stolen from Walmart E-Card

I noticed someone stole my hard earned money from My Walmart gift cards.
One card is 500 and another one is 150 (Never used).  I used 88 from 500 card but now the the remaining balance is 12. 

Since I am feeling very bad, I would like to sue on Raise
