Not receiving purchased gift cards if paid by credit card

I notice that if I make a purchase using a credit card, Raise holds the cards for over 24 hours with no way of contacting them to resolve.  However, when I place an order within minutes of another and use my debit card, the purchased cards are automatically released for use.

Is anyone else experiencing this?  This is causing huge issues as I purchase primarily when I see something on sale and this delay is causing me to miss out on items to purchase and then I'm stuck with a gift card that I no longer need.

So frustrating to have such a horrific customer buying journey when purchasing via credit card.
