How It Works
Your seller tier is determined based on your previous quarter’s sales volume and remains effective for the following quarter. Tiers will be recalculated every quarter, ensuring you always receive the benefits aligned with your performance.

Refund Fee: Applies only if a refund results in a seller debit. If the debit is reversed, the fee will also be reversed. Refund fees will apply to all refunded cards sold prior to April 1.

Listing Fee: Waived for auto-listed gift cards that bypass the balance check process. Listing fees will apply to all new listings starting April 1.
