You can update your billing and shipping address by simply logging into your Raise account by selecting "Settings" from "My Account."
Updating your billing address and shipping address will apply on future orders, but it will not change the information on previously completed orders.
The shipping address for a completed order cannot be changed for physical cards, since the shipping label is automatically provided to the seller.
If you would like to update your phone number or email address, please email support@raise.com and an agent will be happy to get you to the appropriate team.
