Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months are subject to a $5.00 monthly dormancy fee in accordance with our Terms of Use. Dormancy fees are charged when an account shows no activity—such as selling, buying, or logging in—for one full year.
Please note that you may also have fees from a previous sale on your GCX (formerly Raise Marketplace) account.
To avoid future dormancy fees, simply log in to your GCX account. Logging in immediately resets your activity status. From there, you may:
Withdraw your available balance, or
Resume activity on your account.
Dormancy fees continue monthly until your balance reaches $0.00 or your account becomes active again.
