If you have received a notification from GCX saying that you were debited for a gift card you previously sold and believe that debit is incorrect, please contact our GCX Seller Support Team and request a Seller Debit Reversal.
Keep in mind that you will receive a debit on your GCX account when the gift card you sold does not meet the standards set by our 90 Day Money-Back Guarantee. Reasons to be debited include the buyer receiving a gift card that is no longer active, compromised, or has an incorrect balance.
When you request a Seller Debit Reversal, your ticket will be escalated to our Seller Support Team who will conduct the process of investigations. If you are found liable for the gift card in question, per our Terms, you will be responsible for resolving the debit on your account.
