Once your gift card has sold, you will receive an email when your funds are available for withdrawal. Before you can request your payment, you'll need to add your payout method. The following information pertains to the GCX website, as the GCX App does not allow for any seller activity.
ACH Direct Deposit is currently our only supported payout method. If you haven't submitted a Payout Preference yet, click here to get started!
- ACH Direct Deposit: We deposit your earnings directly into your bank account. It can take up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account after we process your payment.
Once you've added your payout method, you'll need to request your funds. To get paid, log in and go to the Available Funds section of your account. From there, choose the amount you want to withdraw and select your payment method. After reviewing, if everything on this page is correct, click "Withdraw Funds."
We don't allow your available funds to be transferred toward a purchase on the GCX website.
