Once your gift card has sold, you will receive an email when your funds are available for withdrawal. Before you can request your payment, you will need to add your payout method first. The following information pertains to the GCX Website, as the GCX App does not allow for any seller activity.
We currently have two payout methods: ACH Direct Deposit and PayPal.

- ACH Direct Deposit: We deposit your earnings directly into your bank account. It can take up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account after we process your payment.
- PayPal: You can request your funds via PayPal. It can take up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your Verified PayPal account, and there is a $5 minimum withdrawal.
Once you have added your payout method, you will need to request your funds. To get paid, log in and go to the Available Funds section of your account.
From there, choose the amount you want to withdraw and select your payment method. After reviewing, if everything on this page is correct, click 'Withdraw Funds'.
We don't allow your available funds to be transferred toward a purchase on the GCX website.
