Once your card sells, your funds must first complete your Seller Tier's payout delay period before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Once you request your available funds for payout, ACH Direct Deposit is the only payment method GCX currently offers — PayPal is no longer supported.
- ACH Direct Deposit: We deposit your earnings directly into your bank account. It can take up to three business days from the time we process your payment, not including weekends and holidays. Keep in mind that your financial institution may also have its own timeframe for reflecting the processed payout.
If you've received an email confirming your funds have been paid but don't see them reflected, we recommend contacting your bank to confirm receipt.
